These guys did an excellent job installing the windows. They cleaned up the work site and hauled off the windows they removed. It's been about a year since the project was done. During the holidays we opened the kitchen windows to air out the house and to clean them. We discovered that one of the windows was not locked which was a concern. We have repeatedly tried to lock it and have had no success. I called the person we dealt with and never got a response. As I recall they shut down during the holidays and reopen in January. I have texted as well as called him but get no response. I am also in the market to have doors and more windows installed. I guess we will have to look elsewhere. Very disappointed. I have recommended the company to several people. Now I am sorry as well as disappointed
