Great Service, Great Price

Ecoview was great! Joe Snowden and his crew arrived 1/2 hour earlier than his scheduled time to replace 7 original windows in my home built in 1993. They remove my old blinds and hinges before starting and disposed of them for me. They carefully installed my new Simonton double-pane windows, and they look great! Joe is honest about his work, pointing out any concerns along the way. He explained how the new windows operated, and he and his crew with a giant shop-vac cleaned up every little bit of debris. I had nothing to clean up after they left! All of the men were professional, respectful, and even knowledgeable about other home projects. Most of all, his fee was well below big-box store quotes for the same product! (Besides, I love supporting a local business.) I wholeheartedly recommend Joe Snowden and Ecoview Windows and Doors Jacksonville. Thanks, Joe and your crew, for a job well done!

Watch out for them padding the bill

When i heard that they wanted to charge me $400 to obtain the building permit which only costs $75 in my area, I said I'd pull the permit myself. They insisted that they would have to coordinate the inspections and so forth, and that they MUST be the one to perform that service. HA! After installing the windows, (minus coving the unsightly screw holes and forgetting to deliver the screens) someone actually had the nerve to call me for finally payment. When I said I would pay AFTER it passed the building inspection, they asked me when I could be home to meet the inspector. NO ONE FROM THEIR OFFICE WOULD BE ATTENDING. Can you believe it? So exactly what were they coordinating. They charged me an additional $325 for a visit to City Hall and a phone call! Makes me wonder what else was padded and if I shouldn't have shopped around a little bit more for more a forth-right company to deal with.

Excellent Job by All

My husband and I just had our windows done. Completed today! Excellent job! Jason and Daishia were great through the whole process meeting all of our needs and changes. ?? Jessie and the guys did a great job with install and were very understanding when we needed time to move animals around as they went to different rooms to complete windows. Would definitely recommend and actually already have. Thank you!

Got my windows installed on a rainy day, the guys started about 9.30 and Finnish at 1.30 with the rain coming down hard, they did an amazing job , the removal of the old windows was so smooth that I did not turn off the A.C. considering one of the window was 91 inches long, I am satisfied with the job and my roommate is very happy with the windows, my
