My experience was pretty much like my title.I talked to a salesman back in July 2018 on promise that my windows would be ready in six weeks. 6 weeks passed 8 weeks passed.called the co. & they told me that they would call me back. NO CALL BACK! after calling numerous Times finally got Windows installed in November 2018. But I was so impressed with the installers i still would recommend them even though it took so long. & they adjusted the price for my inconvenience.??
